When our Border Collie mix started displaying anxiety and aggression issues we thought there was no hope. He began biting people and fighting with my other dogs. It was horrific! I feared for the safety of my family. Then I was introduced to Caroline Albert. All I can say is “SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!” While I have worked with others who use the Clicker Method of training, no one has mastered the technique like her. She is truly gifted. Training from an aspect of love, patience and forgiveness she has transformed our pup into a much calmer and happier guy. Words cannot express my gratitude to her. Whether you are looking for some basic training or you have a pet with issues, you could do no better than Caroline!

Caroline Albert has a remarkable ability with animals, a totally
positive attitude, and clicker training expertise. She came along at a
critical time for my nine month old Golden Retriever and me, her 68
year old owner who'd never had such an energetic, frisky puppy.
At first, Caroline just observed Ruby and me, evaluating our two
personalities so that she was then able to tell me the best way for me
(and my friends) to interact with the puppy.
Then Caroline taught Ruby to walk loosely on her leash, to "go
to the mat," and to "touch." It was amazing and thrilling to witness
the ease with which Caroline, with her gentle firmness, her clicker
and her pouch of treats, was able to get Ruby settled and doing just
what Caroline wanted her to do.
Now, a month after our first experience with Caroline and my own
use of the clicker, treats, positive instruction and some phone
conversations with Caroline, Ruby really knows how she should and
shouldn't behave. I am so deeply grateful that Caroline has given me
the confidence to use her positive method of training an animal and
that she has taught me a pleasing technique for success.

Dear Caroline,
Thank you for donating your time to teach clicker training to some of our volunteers. Your program is incredible, your passion evident. The more knowledge our volunteers have the better the life of the animals. The ultimate benefit to all of the shelter animals is immense. You are an angel.
It’ll be a better world when we can get everyone clicking!
Thank you.

“After 3 frustrating years of incomprehensible riding lessons and of feeling overwhelmed with information at clinics, I was about to give up on horses altogether. Then a neighbor, who is a seasoned rider, told me she had taken a lesson from Caroline Albert and that it had been the best riding lesson she’d had in her life. I booked a lesson with Caroline, and hope returned! Caroline has all of the hall marks of a good teacher. She is able to break lessons down into building blocks for horse and rider, increasing understanding and communication that lead to measurable results on the ground and in the saddle. She has a gentle but firm, structured approach for her equine and human students, and is happy to answer questions or to supplement lessons with additional study materials if needed. She helps students to learn from mistakes and she delights in her students’ progress and success.”

Caroline is a natural teacher. I love how she demonstrates the click and treat method of training with my dog and then I get to practice in her presence so I can do this effectively on my own between training sessions.Caroline is also encouraging and patient with "me" and supports each session with emails and phone calls and customizes our training sessions with whatever issues Hensley personally needs. I absolutely love her positive style - she is a natural with dogs and my "Hensley" took to her immediately! Deb Zaccheo

Caroline is one of the most knowledgeable and conscientious horse-women I know. She meets the needs of each horse as an individual, and at the same times respects the true nature of the horse.

I can without any hesitation say that Caroline is one of the most qualified, conscientious and dependable people that I have ever met in this business.I have very specific requirements for my horse's care, including high quality hay, free choice feedings, clean bedding and clean water to name a few. I can honestly say that Caroline met or surpassed all of my expectations.
Any horse that has the good fortune to be placed in Caroline's care is a very lucky animal.
